Integration
Forge builds. Tenet governs. One engagement.
FORGE is not a standalone product. It is the data foundation that makes the Tenet governance stack operational. The integration is seamless — FORGE output feeds directly into ATLAS, and the governance methodology takes over.
The Full Stack
Step 1
[F]orge
Builds digital asset model from raw operational data
Step 2
[A]tlas
Registers every asset in the canonical register
Step 3
[C]odex
Builds the governance model for each asset
Step 4
[T]enet
Maps each asset to every applicable regulation
Step 5
Anchor
Deploys through four stages
Step 6
Compass
Quarterly reshape · 5-year trajectory
↑ Loop back · ATLAS updates · CODEX rescores ↑
The Handoff Point
The integration between FORGE and Tenet is a single handoff: FORGE Phase 4 delivers the clean digital asset model. ATLAS Phase 1 ingests it. From that point forward, the Tenet governance stack operates on FORGE’s output.
FORGE delivers
One record per asset, globally unique
Full provenance chain to source systems
Governance-relevant attributes populated
Conflicts resolved and documented
Format compatible with ATLAS ingestion
ATLAS receives
Clean asset inventory for Phase 1
Pre-reconciled data reducing Phase 2 scope
Classification-ready attributes for Phase 3
Provenance documentation for audit trail
Baseline for CODEX scoring inputs
Timeline
FORGE integrates into ANCHOR Stage 1 Foundation. The total engagement remains 12 weeks. FORGE adds depth to the first three weeks, not duration.
Weeks 1–3
FORGE
Source discovery, extraction, model assembly, handoff
Weeks 3–6
ATLAS
Register, classify, validate, lock
Weeks 7–10
CODEX + TENET
Governance models, framework mapping
Weeks 11–12
Delivery
Evidence, scoring report, Stage 2 transition
